Cancellations

To best serve our clients and our staff, we require a minimum 48-hour notice via telephone to cancel or change any appointment. Cancellations on short notice prohibit other clients from being able to fill that slot. To ensure our cancellation policy is upheld, we require a credit card to book any appointment. Cancellations made with less than a 48-hour notice may be subject to a charge of 50% of the booked appointment value. We thank you in advance for respecting our policy. 

No-Shows

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointments, without contacting the salon to cancel, you will be subject to pay the FULL AMOUNT of the services reserved. You will be also be required to have a credit card on file to secure any future bookings. Please note that to cancel your appointments during Pampered & Pretty Salon opened hours, we do require a phone call in order to late cancel your appointments. 

Clients who no show on more than one occasion will be required to pay in full before any appointments are booked.

Late-Shows

Out of respect for all of our clients, guests arriving after the start time of their appointment may be asked to reschedule. When possible we will do our best to alter your services so that we can offer you an appointment upon your arrival.

Satisfaction

Client satisfaction is important to us! If you have questions or concerns about a service you are getting, or have received, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at contact@pamperedandprettyxosalon.com, or 843-619-7849. Monetary refunds will not be made for hair services rendered, however, we will happily make adjustments to the original service! Requests for haircut or hair color adjustments must be made within 7 days of the original appointment; most corrective color processes require multiple visits, because of this color adjustments do not apply to corrective color appointments. 

Bundles + Lenghty/multiple services

Bundles, once purchased, are non-refundable. The value of the remaining services on a package may be returned for salon credit pending management approval. Once a service bundle has been returned you are not able to purchase that bundle again. 

Service bundles all have an expiry date associated with them and after this time is up, any unused services will no longer be available for use.

Any bookings spanning longer than 3 hours, must be secured by having a valid credit card attached to your Vagaro client account. In event of late cancellations or no shows the credit card will be charged as outlined in our policies above. 

For clients who do not wish to place a credit card on their file, there is the option to come into the salon and pay a 40% deposit on the appointments you wish to book. 

purchases

Returns on retail items will be given store credit only- no cash refunds. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, and cannot be returned. 

Pets & CHildren

PETS

While we wish we didn't have to discriminate against the better species, it is against health standards to have them in areas where services are being held. We also have to respect our clients who may not be as comfortable around animals as we are.

If you bring your pup to your service, you will have to leave them outside or take them home before you can have services completed. If this results in you having to miss or cancel your appointment, policy fees will be applied. 

*This restriction also applies to cats, birds, alligators, kangaroos and any other animals.

CHILDREN
I love kids - but I kindly ask that you book yourself an appointment that allows you to come into my salon and relax, away from your children. For liability and scheduling reasons GOOD HAIR CLUB is a CHILD FREE ZONE. The same applies, if you bring your child to your service, you will have to take them home before you can have services completed. If this results in you having to miss or cancel your appointment, policy fees will be applied.
